Ingredients 1 and half cups of flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 2 eggs 1/4 cup of oatmeal 1/2 cup of nuts (chopped) 1/4 cups of raisins/dried fruits 1 cup of melted butter(substitute with 1/2 cup canola oil) 1/2 cup of sugar 3 bananas(mashed) 1/2 cup of milk 1 teaspoon vanilla essence Cream the butter and the sugar in a mixer Add the eggs and mix,add the oatmeal and mix again Add the milk ,vanilla essence,raisins and nuts Add the mashed bananas and mix again Sift flour and mix with baking powder and pour into your mixture! Grease a baking pan and bake at 160 degrees for 1 hour or until a knife or skewer comes out clean from the cake! Serve with cream cheese smothered on your slice!
