Avocado chicken grilled cheese sandwich
Ingredients

Bread
·
Cheese slices
(mozzarella light)

One avocado, mashed
·
Already
seasoned grilled or smoked chicken, sorted
·
Butter
Mash the
Avocado and add some black pepper and pinch of salt. Spread on one side of the
bread, top with flat chicken pieces and one slice of cheese, cover the cheese with another slice of cheese.
Add some butter to a pan and place the bread on it, hold down with a spatula and cook on one side for 2-3 minutes,
